BUP launches campaign to boycott iPhone

The international Movement to Boycott American Products (BUP) has launched its new campaign to boycott the mainstay of Apple products, the iPhones.

In a statement launching the campaign, the movement said: "Apple products make up 10% of the US economy, this monopoly gets huge profits, and worse, it practices child slavery in its factories and exploits them around the world."

The statement called for stopping the purchase of iPhones, stopping promoting them, and searching for "better, cheaper and more ethical alternatives."
